All subscriptions to Payment hub are non-refundable. Once a subscription is purchased, you are responsible for payment for the entire subscription period, regardless of whether you actively use the services provided.
Cancellation Policy:
While refunds are not available, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.
Exceptions:
In certain cases, Payment Hub may consider refunds or credits at its sole discretion, such as in the event of technical errors or service interruptions that significantly affect your ability to use our services. Requests for refunds must be made within 7 working days of the occurrence of such an event.
